Dr. Gordon Kwesi Adomdza, is an Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Ashesi University, Ghana. Dr. Adomdza’s research interests are in the areas of entrepreneurial opportunity discovery and validation. Dr. Adomdza teaches courses that use the design-thinking approach in the development of innovative new idea concepts and business models. He is also the Lead for the Ashesi Design Lab and Design Thinking Ghana Hub, which organizes design thinking practitioners in Ghana. He developed his design-thinking curriculum at Northeastern University, Boston, MA, where he taught for 7 years, in collaboration with Continuum Innovation, Newton, MA, inventors of the award-winning Swiffer, a P&G product.
